I worked with continuous localization initiatives for nikebasketball.com Asia Pacific. The projects included everything from simple local-specific inquiries to region-wide changes.

Initially a lot of energy was put into setting up and evaluating appropriate communication tools and working model for Nike's local agencies, region leads and AKQA's team. As the project manager I scoped, budgeted and planned all incoming requests.
